As the producer of I Am Alive I was responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring the project stayed on schedule and within budget. I coordinated with the director and other key departments to streamline communication, manage logistics, and problem-solve on set. My role also involved securing finacning, locations, organizing casting, and ensuring that the creative vision was realized while maintaining a collaborative and efficient production environment.
